School of Ministry Development (SOMD): A catalyst for ministry and leadership development . The School of Ministry Development (SOMD) is a three month school focused on growing you in Biblical leadership in a frontier context. You will learn about the culture and worldview of this region of the world while growing in leadership skills, character development and discipleship. We will equip you with tools to empower your unique strengths and giftings and help you gain more clarity in your calling. During the school you are immersed in a discipleship-focused community in the heart of Amman. You will be partaking in local ministry as well as having the opportunity to exercise your leadership skills.After the three month lecture phase we offer a one year internship to help you apply what you have learnt in the school.
